Mini Japanese Crab Snacks!

While stumbling about the internet, I came across this link by Nooschi.



I'm not sure I would be brave enough to try these tiny crunchy guys myself, but they do look awfully cute!

Do you eat them whole? I've had soft shelled crabs before but they looked quite different...Perhaps I better check out the link!

I also was stubbling around the internet trying to find a picture of what I did eat, and I found you.
You actually stuff the whole thing in your mouth and it's surprisingly not terrible. Crunchy like a cracker and a little sweet.
Not my favorite but definitely tolerable and novel.
